Total Health Northwest is located in the small town of Elma, about 40 miles west of Olympia in Washington State with about 3,500 inhabitants. 

We are located within the "Haus of Hair" at 307 West Main Street in Elma, WA.  For an appointment you may cal 360-482-4037.  Haus of Hair hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday.

Reflexology hours of operation are Tuesday and Thursday.

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary modality involving the use of alternating pressure applied to the reflexes within the reflex maps of the body located on the feet, hands and outer ears.

Our approach to healing recognizes and treats the whole self through a new modality of care called Spiritually-centered integrative health.  Its approach empowers patients to restore the natural balance between mind, body and spirit that enables them to achieve their total health potential.
